Institutions that develop people and institutions that develop economies face the same difficulty: the data exists, but not in a form anyone can act on or defend. LearnerMetrics exists to close that gap in both.
How we work
We start from the records an institution already keeps rather than a new collection exercise. Mapping those to shared definitions is unglamorous work, and it is where credible measurement is either won or lost.
We prefer a smaller number of measures that hold up to scrutiny over a dashboard of indicators nobody trusts. Where a figure is uncertain, we say so, and we publish the method alongside the result.
Our team works with yours through implementation and the first reporting cycle. The aim is that your staff can explain and defend every number without us in the room.

Every engagement is led by people who have run measurement and support programmes themselves, not handed to a delivery layer.
Founder and managing director
Two decades spent leading skills, education and business support programmes, and answering to the funders and boards who scrutinise them. Sets the standard of evidence both products are held to, and leads every institutional engagement personally.
Commercial and growth lead
A background in enterprise technology and economic growth partnerships, working with agencies, universities and public bodies on how measurement fits their operating model, procurement and reporting obligations.
Product and data lead
Long experience designing data models and analytics products for regulated, high-scrutiny environments. Owns the shared architecture beneath Continuum and Ventriq, including definitions, lineage and reproducibility.
Engineering partner — Opencentric
A specialist engineering practice that builds and maintains the platform alongside our own team, covering integration with existing institutional systems, security and hosting.
